I just found out that Tom Phillips, Jr. passed away on Sunday at the age of 62. Most of you don't know Tom, but he was the co-founder of Mississippi Classic Cruisers and was responsible for organizing the Scarecrow Car Show in Madison, MS. which celebrated its 10th year this past October. This year was the first time I actually met Tom, and he was a very nice, personable gentleman. He was well known by all car enthusiasts in the state and he will be missed.
