Hood Frame Question

Ok guys been a while since I have posted anything. I just hate when life gets in the way of fun projects. Just had a quick question about this hood frame. This is a 72 cutlass s, but is this the correct hood frame? The reason I ask, is that the studs for the fake louvers on the hood are only long enough to get a nut on two of the six locations. Thanks in advance for any help!

Yes, it looks like the right subframe. Any chance the faux louver studs have been broken? Also, do you have the retainer plate for each side of the faux louvers? The studs do not stick out much and the speed nuts only get about 2 turns locked on but that's enough. The louver is only pot metal and therefore relatively brittle. Some areas of the hood should have circular piercings to fasten the louvers down.
