Im trying to find more info on my 1957 Oldsmobile. Does anyone know of a site that gives detailed info such as available options and other car details?

Im asking because my car is a 4dr Hardtop. It has a J2 package under the hood. Info I have found says it should have a 4bl Rochester. It also has a tilt front seat such as a 2dr would have. Kind of odd I thought for a 4dr to be equiped with.

J-2's were 3 - 2bbl. carbs, if I'm not getting senile.

Do you mean a 'split bench'??

 

J2 was available on all series, any bodystyle, and not unusual to find a Holiday Sedan with it.

A split-back front seat in it is unusual though.
