I would jack it up and try to wiggle the offending tire back and forth. It should help you find out why. The front end may have something loose depending on who rebuilt it. Good luck.

Call a tow. The last thing you want is the front tire coming off on you.

Took it to a wheel place today, the right front wheel had 1 broken lug and the wheel was off center. Got it replaced and centered correctly, and just checked the right left to check it and ALL the lugs were loose! Had everything removed, cleaned the brakes and tightened and recenter the wheels. Driving perfect now! Thanks everyone!

Glad you did the safe thing, and more glad it worked out well. When I find an honest shop I always give them my business.

Wheels like those need to be torqued properly.....probably never was and the reason for the lugs loosening up! Glad you caught it before anything serious happened.....

Glad it turned out ok and you did not damage the car or hurt yourself. I assume they also checked the back wheels as well?
