Ok, so here we go. I shamefully admit that I have been using zip ties under my hood for those "tidy up" jobs that often come our way.

Well, I'm ready for some suggestions on how to achieve the same result with something more asthetically pleasing if anyone has ideas. I've included some pics of my wayward behavior as well as a quick description of what we're looking at. Keep in mind, I'm not trying to re-invent the wheel here, just wanna better solution. I also would very much prefer that everything look the same.

There are a bunch of ways to skin the cat.
Most OEM tend to bundle (sometimes sheath) with tape. The most heat resistant I've found (for exposed or sheathing) is TESA tape, but it has a plastic-y, modern, semi-gloss finish. It's extremely strong, and wraps tightly with little stretch. GM used a non-adhesive vinyl tape, finished with adhesive to secure the ends. Though not factory, 60s-70s GM looking, Wirecare sells a woven split loom called Battle Wrap that looks "period", and finishes nicely with good ol' friction tape. The friction tape does tend to dry out with heat and needs refreshing periodically, BUT it doesn't get gooey like regular, vinyl electric tape. Then, you have non-split wraps finished in shrink wrap like Raychem DR-25 and Insultherm woven.
As far as your hoses go, I suggest looking to some 3D printed or billet separators for a finished look. If you poke around enough, you can find inexpensive factory replacement hose separators like Dorman. Squeege's Customs has some cool billet units. The 90 degree, criss cross applesauce might be tricky, though.
