That one is a mess. Cowl tag indicates an Ivory interior, it's black. Also shows special order paint, but it looks like matador red. VIN derivative doesn't match up to car vin.

 

The seller’s pics are pretty honest, wonder if it meets his reserve.

Its as if they don't understand how bad *** a 1970 442 is. It's like having an A on a report card but you fudge things to make it seem like an A+. Undermining the validity of the entire situation.

The fact that it has the fender liners, badging, and that license plate. Strikes me to believe someone was promoting it as the real Mccoy. But in the age of social media they realized it's too easy to disprove...

 

Looks like a nice driver. Don’t think they are misrepresenting anything. They point out it’s not a W-30 and non original engine. Wondering what special order color it came in originally? Restored to a base 442 painted in Agean Aqua with pearl interior would be sweet.
