This image is of my grandfather on his wedding day in Feb could be 62,63,64. I’m trying to identify what car he was driving in the picture. I thought maybe it’s a 64 Dynamic 88 but I just can’t tell 100%. The badge on the roof and the door panel are throwing me off.
Actually, I think it's simply a Holiday Coupe, not a Holiday "Sports" Coupe.
From the 1964 Olds Prestige Brochure.
In case it's difficult to read:
Back then, Olds mostly used the term "Sports" to refer to a two-door car with a B-pillar. This is also from a 1964 brochure. Note the car at lower left. Cutlass Holiday Coupe, a two-door hardtop. Note the car at lower right. F-85 Sports Coupe, a two-door with center pillar.
If you can make out the fine printe under the car at lower left, it says "Cutlass Sports Coupe also available," so the Cutlass was also available as a two-door with a center pillar.
I think those wheel covers look like 63's. Hard to tell. "Holiday" script on the sail panel wasn't used in '64. I think I see overlapping wipers, which would indicate a Super 88.

I think you're right.
It is a '63, and the high side-molding does indicate a Super 88, not a Dynamic 88.
This is from the '63 brochure showing a Super 88.
Here's the '63 Dynamic 88. Note how much lower the side molding is. Much closer to the rear wheel opening.

I know in some years "Holiday" was synonymous with "hardtop". Was this consistent with Oldsmobile's use of the designation throughout its history?
Well, I wouldn't swear to it, I'm pretty sure the answer is yes. The last year that Olds offered full-size hardtops was 1976, but the last year that Olds used the word "Holiday" for a 2-door hardtop in the full-size cars was 1970. After that, they were just called "Hardtop Coupe" and "Hardtop Sedan"
Would you happen to have any information about what the super 88 was offered with? Power steering, A/C, engine options, etc?
I don't have a dealer specs book type of list, but here's some pages from one of the 1963 Olds brochures listing standard equipment on the various models, engines available on which model, and other accessories.
I can't validate to authenticity/correctness since I don't own this manual or any other 1964 Oldsmobile manuals. There are methods of determining stock availability via other manuals in addition to what Jaunty has provided. This information (options/accessories) can be obtained here:
