1984 Hurst olds T-Top question.
Off a junkyard gem. That's about it. But, good luck with that. Unless someone has say, a cracked glass RH T-top laying around that is useless as a replacement, it's going to be a wish and a prayer.
The latching mechanism is GM p/n 20358332 (non-locking). I couldn't find any new.
Now, there's a chance your handle notch inside the handle hole could be chewed out. The handle is chromed pot metal, and the mechnism is mild steel. Steel wins. The handle notches slip over the mechanism rotational pin, which also mates up to help align the handle on the pin, and the T-top handles are held on with screws. The notches are similar to window crank notches, or teeth. The RH handle is GM p/n 3069776 (non-locking top) and is available aftermarket, although I have no idea the quality of the aftermarket stuff. Check to see if the handle is just spinning on the mechanism or if something is broken inside. There's an NOS one on ebay for $75.
But used is ok if you don't mind that, and the handle isn't fubar.

If it's the mechanism broken, this may be a source below. The mechanism was originally p/n 3069768 and then was changed to 20358332 used up through 1985.

The aftermarket handles are everywhere it seems.
Good luck.
