1994 oldsmobile 98 upgrades?!

I'm new to owning an Oldsmobile. Came across a bar find and I'm looking for any ideas or info on changing it making it a little different once I fix the brake li es. It has 3800 in it, no rust...stoked!

You can still find parts for your car from time to time in the salvage yard. Use this search engine.

I just recently had to scrap my 96 98. The 4T60e bit the dust.

If your car isn't already supercharged you can either swap a supercharged engine into the car, or add the supercharged heads & intake manifold to your naturally aspirated engine. Be aware that the NA 3.8l engines have higher compression than the supercharged engines to begin with, so if you do the top end swap you'll ALWAYS be running high octane fuel.

Show us some more pics.

Cool! How many did they have to ply you with before you agreed to buy it?

It doesn’t look like it needs any changes to me, appears to be in nice shape. Maybe a LS swap?

Congrats and welcome aboard.

These 98s are surprisingly light. Original muscle era light. The supercharged version moves very well. First generation Ford Taurus SHO, well. For those familiar with the famous late 80s early 90s High Performance sedans when new.

3500 lbs and 225 net HP with good gearing makes for a fun car.
