69 Cutlass Radio, 8-track, and speaker removal

I have no working radi/8-track setup I'm looking to remove for repairs. Anyone have any tips for removing the 8-Track Plater, AM Radio, and speaker(s) for a 69 cutlass convertible? The radio has a front/rear fader control.

I have CSM, but that doesn't seem to quite match up with the hardware. I assumed there would be a rear speaker behind the rest seat and a front speaker in dash below the windshield.

Haven't gotten the back seat out yet to check that. However there is a speaker under the passenger side dash that looks factory. I can get that out but can't disconnect it. Looks like someone may have soldered the connector.

The 8-track doesn't have the rear bracket the CSM shows, although that may have just gone by the wayside over the past 50 years ..

Here's a couple of photos.
Top bolt of side bracket. This up under the dash.

Screw holding 8-track housing and round smooth both head that is other side of the above bolt picture. The appears to God the 8-track to the dash.

Unless you’re a very skinny and flexible person, remove the front seat. Put a heavy blanket on the floor, otherwise the seat mounting studs will shred your back.

Remove the *****, the nuts that retain the radio to the mounting plate will be visible. I’m sure there will be a support bracket to hold the back of the radio. Once your in a position where you can actually see under the dash it should be pretty obvious how to remove it.
