Sorry, Jesse, didn't mean to steal your thunder, I just wanted to give you an opening. I'm thankful that you gave me a 'Heads-up" about what could happen in dealing with this individual and his company. Please give us the details of your ordeal with this parts seller. I'm sure many members will be grateful for you sharing your experience. As the old saying goes, "Buyer Beware".

Dont do it.
I thought I was buting an Instrument Panel for my car.I inquired to a part number he displayed on the site. The picture on the site showed a panel with switches gauge bezels.$595.00
What I recieved was a core that he had an 10 year old paint with a roller and silver paint.
My head is still spinning.
I called and tried to get some resolve to this thinking there was some kind of mistake. All I heard was "Nothing is perfect Sir"over and over again.
tried the Better Business Bureau in Tulsa. They know him.
He has had numerous complaints none of which have been satisfied
Looks like the offspring of Gallagher "The Comedian" and Alfalfa from the "Little Rascals"
Too bad he is 961 mile from me.
He would walk with a limp and drool.
Thats the way we roll here in Detroit

I bought a front turn signal housing from them. It was WAYYY overpriced, but I bought it anyway.
Instead of unplugging it when it was removed, the wires were just cut, so I had to splice in the connectors.
It was useable, but wasn't worth what I overpaid.

Man, Am I ever glad that I posteded this question. I was intending to buy 2 Convertible Quarters from this guy. God knows what I would have ended up with! His website also shows "Testimonials" from other folks who have bought from him. Some of those are quite old, perhaps all the good parts are long sold off and there's only the "culls" left. One thing for sure, he'll never see 5 cents of my $$. It's a wonder there haven't been more warnings posted about that outfit. It's an awfully impressive website, geez, I thought I had stumbled onto a goldmine. This is a classic example of "Look Before You Leap"! Thanks again to all who replied, thanks to you Jesse for raising my suspicions and for the '67 Delmont info.

Hey!! I just noticed, this guy "Billions and Trillions" is listed in Olds Junction under the Parts section. If he's as bad as several of the forum members have posted, his company should be removed so no other members fall prey to his dubious business practises. Just my opinion. What do others think about this?

It is things like this that make this board even more valuable. If there is any doubt about this guy, check out the link on the Buick board.

Even though My signal housing was as I felt, over-priced and removed with snips, at least he had the part I needed.
He needs to improve his business practices and if he reads forums like this one, he could ( I did say COULD) get the hint. Otherwise he could start recieving enough of a reduction in business that would cause his failure.

My apolagies to all for the delay as things were buzy this weekend.I told Ron about my bumper and the fact the the bugger ripped me off and lied.

The story goes like this my bumper on my car has a dent and a creased like spot and it costs a bit to have bumpers rechromed and fixed so I though maby I could find a decent one and throw er on the car for now at least.so I found the site and contacted the guy first by email then by phone.I told him I was looking for a rear bumper for my 67 delmont 88 and a licence plate light as the lense was damaged on mine. The guy (Frank it says on my box) told me shure we have one I asked him for a picture though that was a joke.I said do you have a real nice one he said that would cost me a grand.I did not have a grand so I asked do you have a good straight one he said I have one that has two tiny dings, basicly telling me they were unnoticable.I being foolish said ok with out seeing a picture bought the bumper and as you can see in the pictures I took today two spots look to me like a sludge hammer was taken to it as well as what looks like pry marks all over it.I was apalled as well as disgusted the guy was worthess to argue with and would have cost too much to send it back.I hope I can get it redone and chromed some day but will never do business with this character ever again.I would say the only thing that was worth anything out of the whole sale was the licence plate light and I could have probably found one cheaper and closer than dealing with this.I forgot to take a picture of the back side but somone sprayed siver paint on the back side like that was going to change the fact that this bumper is a dud I wonder if I should have been goofy and paid the grand or kept looking. I also took close up pictures of my bumper that came on the car that is still on the car today to show why I was looking into changing it but this is still better than what I ended up with.

oh belive me I know.that is why when Ron mentioned the site I told him what happened.I would feel bad knowing somone else got buggared over. I will not buy items now with out knowing what I am getting into (ie pictures etc)I am working with people on this site and trying to find my parts the smart way.But it still steams me.I think it stinks that people are that messed up that they will mess over anyone they can.I have a feeling though it is much more common now with the economy the way it is.I forgot to say in the beginning that this happened two yrs ago.I see though it was not only me that got the shaft if you will.sad isn't it

Question Hmmmmn, very interesting.

Well, he must have spent quite a while putting his website together. When you look at it, it seems to be very professional, etc. etc. I wonder where the photos of all the wrecking yards came from? I'd just about kill for a set of the quarter panels that are on the '68 Delmont 88 that is pictured on page #1 of the yard photos. What about all the pages that show the trim pieces, grills, fenders, warehouses, what's up with all that? Does he even own any of that stuff? Does anyone out there know the location of that yard(s) ? I sure would like to find out where it is and try to buy stuff out of it, that is, if Frank dosen't have anything to do with it. I haven't seen that amount of goodies since looking a DVAP's site.

Allot of that stuff on the site has been the same for over a year now, looks can be deceiving.

I'm glad I read this post. I had the Billions and Trillions website in my favorites. I've never ordered from him but now I will be sure to remove it from my favorites list. Not worth the hassle...

Exclamation Wheeeew, is that for real???

Hey all, If you want to see who this Frank DeLaz...whatever character is, just Google the moniker "Biker Fox". That'll give you all the "dope" you probably will ever want to know about the owner of Billions & Trillions Inc. I won't need to post anything more. Jesse, you & the other fellow members will actually get to see the sweetheart who ripped you with your respective "not perfect" parts. I rest my case. Peace All.

I look at it this way I learned from my experience and I am helping others not get messed over by this nut. That is what makes this site great we help each other and give heads up.I found it interesting so far how many in here have had similar expirences with this character.I have to say not that it helps the situation any but I feel A little better knowing I am not the only one swindled by him.People like that put a bad taste in your mouth and help to ruin the fun of owning or restoring a classic auto.

I wouldn't buy anything from the sleezeball if it was dirt cheap. This guy is just slim. Thanks to delmontcrusier for exposing him for what he is. This should be a lesson for us all that a fancy website does not mean it is a reputable business.

Thanks delmontcrusier.

Half of those pictures are MORE than a year, or two or three old. Yeah, he doesn't answer emails.... "claims" that all his parts are restored, and I can restore parts better with a toothbrush and a can of flat black paint.

Has about 15 different emails.. all of them with "guru" in them oldspartsguru, pontiacpartsguru...etc.

And that Biker Fox website I send to my buddies as a joke when they do something a little "gay" For claiming to have peace and zen in the world, he sure does have anger management issues.

and I uploaded the barfing smiley if Admin would like to add it.

You mean you actually got a reply or in touch with him?? I sent him emails when I was looking for some parts and didn't know anything about his business other than he had a pretty neat web page. Now I'm really glad I never got any replies.....

On his web page, his prices did seem a little high but they sure looked nice in the pics. Glad I never did business.

You can bet that if others on this (and other sites) are posting the same negative experience, it's not an isolated case. What kind of parts are you looking for anyway?? There's a lot of good information here and some really good sources for parts.

Yup, I got a reply from my email and if you all are interested, then here it is "verbatim"; keeping in mind that I had inquired about the availibility of good used quarter panels for my '68 Delmont Convert. Here's the message I received: " We have several in stock. Please call us at 1-918-291-1966. We also specialize in Chrome Plating, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum Polishing. For your protection, we only do business by telephone only. Sending Credit Card and other personal information by email is very risky. We appreciate your business. Thank you very much." There you have it, word for word. Like I said before, when I saw the yard view photos and spied the '68 Delmont RagTop I thought that I'd stumbled onto a goldmine. I guess it helps to ask other folk's opinion before committing to a purchase. I shudder to think what I may have received when the order arrived. Just the freight charges alone would have been plenty steep.

I hate to say it but in most cases the only way you get a fair deal is if you see the parts first.I would have to say this loon can't buggar anyone that goes to the place for the part.but ordering online and over phone is a scam atists dream.I actually remember a general email like that may have been the same would have to look up old emails.
