I've been to Marshfield, WI many times. I'm curious why someone who is not the owner of the vehicle would be interested in displaying such a document. I guess it's simply interesting, IDK.

Your guess is as good as mine Norm🤔 I posted it just in case someone who owns the car wanted some history. The seller has like 10 different titles listed...maybe someone here will find one for theirs.

Hemmings motor news banned these ads many years ago due to the possibility of fraud.
HAMB also banned them because older, stolen vehicles without vins could be titled easier.
