I have a 1967 Oldsmobile Tornado steering wheel available to me.
the question is, will it fit my 1976 GMC motorhome, are the splines the same?

Please. It's TORONADO. I own one, and when I see it misspelled this way, it's like driving a spear through my heart.

The splines are the only thing that's the same. All 1969-newer GM steering columns with the key in the column are larger in diameter than the 68-older columns. Also, if the Toro is tilt and telescope, the wheel won't work anyway.
