Those are all flood cars. They sat in water for some time. I would consider them as candidates for frame off restorations depending on condition, or parts cars.

Well, as long as the cars were in good solid mostly rust free condition before the flood, they could still be candidates for a frame off restoration where one would be replacing, or rebuilding most of what gets trashed in a flood anyhow. Otherwise they are still great parts donors. Sounds like this person is willing to deal, so if someone had room to store them, they might be a good investment just for parts resale.
