Hello, I am new to the forum and have some questions, if anyone can help please. As a kid around 6 or 7 (1968 or 69) I remember my father had what I believe is a Cutlass. I have been racking my brain to come up with exactly was it was. The only things I remember is this....It was navy blue exterior. I think it had a medium blue interior ( vinyl). I do remember my dad doing 75-80 on the Washington beltway as the speed limit was 75 back then...lol. The one other thing I remember is it had an electronic antenna. When the stereo was turned on it went up. The button for that antenna was silver and below the stereo. I don't remember anything else. Can someone please tell me what car that might have been. Do you recall the antenna switch looking like the one on the right? Mine is a '68 4-4-2. '68 & '69 have the same power antenna switch. I have to operate the antenna switch separate from the radio, however. Turning the radio on doesn't automatically raise the antenna. Randy C.
