Think these are snap on. Am I correct?

Easy enough to tell by looking at the wheel design. The screw in have a recessed base in the center of the wheel hub. The snap on has an elevated nub in the center the cap clips to. The snap on cap uses spring tension to hold the cap on, and is a smaller in size.

Bolt on. You can also see the hole the bolt thread through to attach the center cap.

Snap on caps and wheels. Later model production; likely from the 80's. Also note the 5 trim bezels on each wheel are more squared off and don't have the same profile of the earlier bezels.

If I'm seeing correctly, those are 14" tires, so the wheels may be 14x6. Not very desirable.

Kenneth, I believe the later model 14" snap on center cap wheels were 14x7.
