I replaced my hinges and the fiber concepts hood. Tge fit is good for for some odd reason this hood compared to the same fiber concepts hood I had on it prior the hood rests on the hood springs... I have tried 2 sets of springs and get the same result. The bolt on the hood side of the hinge rests on the spring... any thoughts? Maybe a smaller diameter spring?

 

Anyone have any ideas? Anyone know what other hood springs may work?

 

Have you tried adjusting the hinges lower or rotating the springs 180*?
