I was very happy to see that article. If it were not for the time and money Jim invested into the Jetfire model it would have for sure died long ago. Because of him there are nearly 50 Jetfire's out there with working turbo systems. I have learn from Jim a huge amount about the system and even been lucky enough to be able to go to his house a couple times and learn more. I have studied the factory publications and played with the cars a huge amount but without Jim's help I would not understand the system fully. For sure Jim deserves major credit for all he has done to keep this model alive. Ken Dennison, Bruce Sweeter and a couple others also deserve credit but Jim had invested money into reproducing some parts that were extincted and without them there would not be any turbo/fluid injection systems working proper today.

I thought that he might have been the one that you had mentioned in your thread. Good to have these people out there for the hobby.

Just for a reference, here is a system Jim restored that Ken posted on another thread.
