Who is the best to but resto parts from

Who would you recommend buying parts full interior kits convertible tops body parts etc. for a 1966 Cutlass Convertible. Are there any good companies. I just waited on the phone for 20 min. for a company in Southern California. I had been waiting for a catalog for 4 + weeks for it called up to see where it was and I got attitude from the sales guy. So I talk to the manager and practically had to beg them to send me the catalog so I can buy parts from them. Whats up with that. Please tell me there is a better company out there>>>>>. Any help would be great you can

X3 and also I have good luck with Parts Place.

Keep in mind there is little to no body parts ava for a 66 so expect to reuse all you can in the car.

For interiors I keep hearing Legendary over and over but I have not ever used them.

I have had excellent luck with Legendary - The best, most authentic soft interior trim and excellent customer service. If something is not right, they WILL make it right at their expense! Watch for their 25% off deals and free shipping offers.

Fusick - great parts and excellent customer service. S&H is a little high, so get all you can to get the most for it.

Parts place - most standard parts are good, prices good, but they are not the nicest in customer service - quite arguementative. Their power window kits leave a lot to be modified.

OPG - Okay parts, prices okay if you get sale items and free shipping. Customer service is good but they do not know that much about 72 Cutlass convertibles...

BAP - I would rather not get into this one... People have had mixed results, but dealing with them is chancy...
They lost my business over a $2 part they never shipped with a $700 order long ago.

Year One - Never used them due to Hollywood pricing.

For interior I'd go with Legendary Auto Interiors.

Other than that, I've been going with the Parts Place and Fusick and all has been fine.

Tamraz is another source for interiors. I an entire interior for my 72 Cutlass over 15 years ago. It has held up well.

Fusick would be hard to beat. I ordered from them yesterday. They do nothing but Oldsmobiles and they have been at it a long time. They are really nice guys and their service is great. If they have what I am looking for, I don't go anywhere else. I know there are a lot of good places. Legendary is great for interiors.
