New hinge pins

Hey guys need your opinions, im sure some of you have done this.
I recieved new hinge pins from ILT. I have never done this precedure, but I assumed that the pins would be a Very snug fit into the bushing. These bushings will rock on the pin, it easy to see the movement and hear it. Not even close to being snug, i cannot imagine that this is right, but this is my first time to do this. The knurled top end will be tight in the bushing but the opposite bushing will be loose on the pin, it appears. Thoughts?

Steve

Pins should fit snug in new bushings.
I suggest you take it up with ILT.
