Body Mounts for '70 W-31--Polyurethane or Black Rubber

Finally getting around to putting my body back on the frame. Any suggestions on which mounts to use. Poly' or black rubber? Any recommendation for vender/best value? Thanks.

I did Urethane on my 69 GTO and they worked fine I wouldn't say that they affected the ride quality or noise negatively.

Car looks great btw!
