Did a 1994 Delta 88 use VATS?

I've never owned one. Looking at a 1994 D88 LSS at an impound auction. The car has no keys. Making a door key is easy, but I'd like to know if the ignition key was a conventional key or if it had a VATS resistor pellet in it. Thanks.

Try "PontiacBonnevilleClub" Joe.
It's a website and forum for '86 up C and H body cars. Not as busy as this site, but plenty of good information there.

Roger.

Actually, had I taken my own advice, I would have used Google first.

The answer is 1992-99 Olds Eighty Eights did use the resistor-key VATS.
