Y 73 G.T. Hood stripe

Not 100% sure on non-W25 hood stripe as I have very little 1970 sales/spec info- it could have been outline double pinstripes on the hood bulges or a wider stripe running from the headknocker back down between the bulges.
MagicMirror was simply GM's trade name for their acrylic lacquer paint finishes. The term showed up in mid-60s; from 59-62 the data plate called it Miralite. Truth be known it was nothing more than whatever acrylic lacquer the paint supplier sent them. Could have been PPG, could have been Rinshed-Mason, could have been DuPont depending on model year and/or assembly plant.
