This has been posted many times, you must have missed it! Car VS Truck who's fault is it has been argued for months.

OK, sorry for the repost. I am new here and haven't seen it. I saw the thumbnail on Youtube and wanted to share. Just wondering why he didn't punch it and get in front of that slow truck. Thanks for the heads up.

If your lane is ending and you can't make the merge into traffic, it is your responsibility to stop! Would be just like an on-ramp with bumper to bumper traffic not allowing you in. You just can't swerve over and hope for the best. Especially not in the case of a semi. The guy saw his lane was running out and didn't plan accordingly. Should have slowed down if he couldn't stop and at least went through the grass a little. Sure beats hitting the Great Wall of China. Strange.

People really drive crazy. I drive 80+ miles a day to and from work, it makes me think I should get one of those dash cams.
