Damn Cheeseheads!!
It looks like Lenny and Squiggy pounded down a few too many Shotz beers and had a "Wouldn't it be cool if?" moment.
I wonder if they took it to "The Fonz" and had the transformation done at his shop?
I concur, the 1978 Buttless Cutlass/442 is so ugly it could scare a train into taking a dirt road.
