are you suggesting these may not be NOS ?

are the originals welded continuosly

these do have a patina to them ie not newly painted

I dont know thats why I ask

maybe ask if they come w the orignal box ?

These did not have boxes. The part that bothers me about them is the fact that I had 2 sets of these in the 90s and neither set had the XN decal on them. Mine did have the GM part number decal on them because they were not in boxes. Wish I still had them. I remember selling one set for around $100 back then.

I think this guy is a major scuz and wouldnt buy from him...this is the 3rd time these have been listed. the first time they '''sold''' for over 500.00 then a week or so later they ''''sold'''' for over 600.00 dollars and what a surprise they are relisted again. private auction no less. i guess he figures that when the bidding stalls someone will bid 400.00 bucks thinking they got a bargain

IF they were original, what condition would the rubber part of the bushings be in? Would they be hard and brittle?

My lower control arms didn't have decals, but they were stamped. The uppers were NK. The lowers were NY. I sold a set of boxed lower rears to Ted (sammy) a few years back but I don't remember the code.

He had a skid of them maybe more. Not saying the guy is a standup vender
( The Parts Place) That was a few years ago.I wouldnt put it past him to have them reproduced and sell them as real though.Ive seen other parts he had done that with.

They are later year control arms, not as hard to find as the early style or original control arms, which had the letters stamped into the metal.
