An AM-FM-WB is not a Cutlass radio, don't care what anyone says. They were offered only for B-C-E cars. Yeah, one for an 88-98 will fit with some mods behind the A-car dash. Toronado units have a different nosepiece and fit properly only in Toro; they'll have a noticeable gap at the bottom of the dial in any other dash.
That said, 3 bills for one that looks good and functions correctly is reasonable. If the seek function doesn't work well, half that. Two WonderBars cured me of wanting another one.
