Kurt not sure if your interested or not but found a tag attached to both of my bucket seat backs yesterday
seem to be a holiday coupe designation #

Wow those are cool tags. Those are simply part number tags. Very unusual to find those! Ones like I showed in post #2 are more commonly found in the back seat springs.

Yes, a "seat tag" of sorts in respect that it was a tag attached to the seat. The biggest difference is that the tags you posted identify the seat, call it a "part number tag" . The tag I posted is a "broadcast card" and identifies what specific vehicle it was slated to go in.
Interestingly, I've seen instances where the seat tag was "off" by a unit or two. By that I mean the the broadcast card was *not* for that particular car, but for the one "before or after" it. Not hard to imagine how that can happen, especially with a common black seat. When there are at least a few of the same, no reason why one wouldn't be grabbed and used without checking the tag.
