I also noticed it has been down a few weeks. The site simply says "Access Denied" at the top left of the page. He has a twitter account and probably a facebook acct, maybe you can reach him through those avenues.

 

i had no luck on Facebook

 

I can not sign on either. I sent an email or PM to who I think to be in charge. I wish I could tell you who that is, however it would take a little time and digging.
