I've seen some of his work and it's pretty flawless. Don't know the $$$ cost, though. Sure it's not cheap but probably less than NOS. I'm rebuilding/restoring my own for my 85 right now. It's not hard if you have all the available GM parts, which I do. Just tedious.
Do you still have the motor decal with p/n and build date on it? If so, I can re-create it for you. I doubt any of the restoration services even bother with that.
Here's 2 '69 Hurst/Olds wiper motor decals I did. One for Feb 12, 69 (for mine) and the other for another H/O owner. April 3, '69. I can do any date you like. A or B shift. For the 69 H/Os, it appears they were about 4 to 6 weeks previous to car build based on the 2 examples I know of.
