wiper arm pivot pin
#2
What exactly are you referring to as the wiper arm pivot pin??? If you are referring to the pivot point at the wiper arm connection to the transmission, I doubt that is replacable... If that is where you are having a problem, the wiper arm itself will need to be replaced...

its hidden wiper arms so there's a bolt connecting it to the transmission and there's also a pin that connects the pivot arm to it thats what I am tiring to find out if its pressed in or fastened some other way

Depending on whether GM wanted you to replace it, they either used a fastener, or punched in a pivot pin of some exact diameter and swaged (i.e. bashed or pressed) the end to make it stay in place.
If swaged, a dremel can help cut the end of the pin off, at the risk of damaging whatever you’re cutting the pin-end out of. Then you’ve got to find a replacement exact-diameter pin, cut it just a little too long nick an X pattern into the end and swage the new pin into place.
Pictures woudl help, but perhaps these notes will be enough.
