Wheres Norm?

I think we're going to have to increase out publishing abiliteis to answer that question.
Norm, a.k.a. 88 coupe is/was a very active member who was very knowledgeable on many technical questions particulary concerning engine rebuilds, cams, compression.etc.
Unfortuantely, he had a posting "style" that some found offensive. Some went so far as to bar his replies and put him ona their "ignore" list.
Since I never was in their league to question or argue with him. I just read the post and went on my way.
But don't worry your pretty little head about it.
The minutia made me dizzy also.
He's an example

I read through 2 pages and my blood pressure was already rising. I don't miss the arguements and the sarcasm.

What about Norm on "This Old House"?
Quite like the first "Bewitched" Darren I like the early quiet Norm along with the argumentative, vain, and self-righteous Bob Vila.
Norm could build an exact duplicate antique Chippendale cabinet with a a skilsaw, drill, and a belt sander back then.
His plaid flannel shirts and head have become fat and bloated with fame and fortune and now he has a snooty bad'itude and too many expensive "free" power tools.
Give me enough tools and I could build the Taj Majal in a week too.
