66ninetyeightls, Don't you mean the one you have now and the one you had then?
Shermanator, You should know better than that! For some of us, every Olds is a favorite! It is an illness - that is why there is no Dr. Ford, Dr. Chevrolet, Dr. Dodge, Dr. Pontiac...only Dr. Olds.

I liked my 1978 Delta 88 the most I think, it was a real dependable car and the family loved it. Next would probably be the 1976 98 Regency I owned for a few years it rode like a dream, no other car I EVER owned could compare in the comfort category, including much newer models.

Picking just 2 is a very difficult task and I think the answers would vary day by day depending on mood.
Todays pick would be a 68 H/O and a 71 w-30 convert.
Tomorrow would likely be a 67 w-30 and a 72 H/O.
Day after a 66 tri-carb and a 69 H/O.
On sunday I'll just take one...the one and only 4 speed 68 H/O.

this is a hard question. at one time i would have said the Rallye 350 and 70 W-30 but now i would have to say 62 starfire takes the place of the 70 W-30. if it were not for the fact that my Rallye 350 was my first car i would sell it and get a 62 starfire.
i think i would have to have a top 10 that are all equal for the number one spot.

You know the op said two favorite Olds. He didn't put a limit on how many times you can post your favorite two or they had to be the same two.

Arnold the pig liked cruising in Ollie's Lincoln 'vert.
My two favorite are George Barris customs.
The Mannix 1966 Toronado.
It has a mobile phone and two way radio too.
The full width rearview mirror was groovy.
Last but not least...The Beverly Hillbillies 1921 Oldsmobile.
The coolest variant was when Jethro wanted to go racing.
Barris found another Olds and put 1969 442 running gear in it and did some other modifications, know as Granny's Hot Rod.
There is a full blown custom but I like Jethro's model.
It even says Olds on the hood.
He Jamesbo, it's sort of a '69?
You would look good driving that to the grocery store.
I wonder If Joe P. knows if those W36 stripes are placed correctly?
edit: I added a little picture of the Mannix car for you, couldn't figure out how to put it in place of the missing one.
