what type of bolt head is this

what type of bolt head is this

What are these bolts called? I need to get the correct sockets.

Its aftermarket, not sure what its called but the 12 point sockets will fit on it.

Same design as the factory nuts on Olds rod bolts.

12 point heads are common on MIL-SPEC fasteners. By more evenly distributing the wrench loads around the perimeter of the head, they can be smaller and lighter with the same torque capacity.
