What are they?

Still being relatively new to this site, I've noticed in the threads that some words are highlighted in green with 2 underscores. I've clicked on them a couple of times and it directs me to a chebby site. Is this something with my settings or is it set up by the host of this forum?

I think it is part of this being free, you don't get something for nothing I guess.
I just ignore them unless they do something, like the box that pops up with music every time you hover over chevy until you click it off. Then you forget and do it again and again.
I don't know if the settings can be changed but as long as this thing works I don't touch it.

It's more commonly known as a chebby around here, so no problem.

Allan

I haven't been here long, but I haven't noticed any of those yet. Could be because I'm using Firefox with AdBlock Plus. Both highly recommended btw. Makes the internet a much more enjoyable place. Still haven't found a way to filter out idiots yet though.
