Late last century we were packing up to leave a swap meet in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Laying in a pile of stuff that someone decided not to drag home was a complete Q Jet. Since it was Sunday morning and the grounds were all but deserted I figured it was finder's keepers. I put it in Dad's barn and forgot about it. Last week while looking for something else I rediscovered it. I brought it home to check it out. Critters had built nests in every orifice. I couldn't believe it when I read the numbers. 7041251, the correct carb for my 71. The inside was exceptionally clean. the vac pull off is toast and it's missing a few small parts (listed in Parts Wanted)
