What do these numbers mean

I have 66 olds f85 i found these numbers on the motor [ 1 ] left head front number is w 197113 [ 2 ] number by oil spout is 881917 A, can anyone tell me what they mean THANK YOU

W197113 is a 1966 330cid 2bbl 9:1CR, SAE Gross rated at 250HP / 335 ft/lb.

Or at least that's what that head is from...
