I find the wording rather suspect... "the engine works"...who describes a car like that? "Little bit of rust in the trunk" What trunk?

Probably fishing for someone looking to jump on a great deal and send him a nice deposit so they don't miss out on the car. When they get to a provided address, the resident will be just as surprised as the buyer.

 

I think the 327 only had one coil...

When I just tried to pull it up via the link I posted this is what came up . Yup same car posted by Old cutlass at Dragers !! another scammer , when I was trying to sell the Olds they were coming out of the wood work PATHETIC !!

Seeing more and more of these scams daily. Not just cars, even little household dumb stuff. Marketplace is common ground for this anymore. I'll never understand how people do this on the daily.

 

Actually, my daughter's school was locked down recently because of a FB Marketplace robbery. I don't know why people wouldn't demand to meet near a police station?
