Eric:

Looks like a good time. Granbury is such a nice place for a car show. I really enjoyed the Sweethearts and Orphans Show this year because it was on the square. The 56 Ford is crazy wild. Looks like you guys had a lot of spectators.

Some great cars on show Eric.

A geographical question; the only Mayberrys I can find in Texas are near Denton by Dallas Lake, and south west of Houston. Is your show venue a part of Granbury?.

Roger.

I live in Granbury, however I sometimes refer to it as Mayberry cause we have a town square surrounding the courthouse. We have a newspaper that comes out twice a week. Granbury is about 40 miles SW of FT Worth on Hwy 377.

Eric, Was your car parked next to the old red stepside P/U? Some nice cars and trucks in the show. Looks like the weather was good and everyone enjoyed the show.
You really need to post a pic of your Olds in the show here.

DOH! Thread resurrection.

I was wondering why Eric went to a car show in TX since he moved to OK.

It was a fun day though... I'm hoping that I can go to some this year here in OK, haven't even started the car since December.

The new locker & rear-end suspension quietly await for the fun to begin.

There was a small show in Garland Sunday. I broke out the Nova just to do a walk thru. Probably around 35 cars. (We had that many at the last two Thursday night meet & greets here). Most shows that I have signed up for are cancelled. I was really looking forward to a BIG show in Denison on the 30th but, it is cancelled as well. A mini-tour from McKinney to Anna is still on for this Saturday. My Grandson and I were going to pop the "T" tops on the Cutlass and run the tour then on to the lake house but, now it may rain most of the holiday weekend.

Colleyville has a show downtown Saturday the 30th. A bit over a 45 minute drive. Normally I wouldn't head in that direction but, a friend of my is on the City Council and he asked if I would bring out one, or both cars, sooooo, if the weather holds I will have to find a wingman to drive one of them.

Hope the weather holds out for you, not looking good here.
