A walk in the woods

Today I went for a walk with the wife and our dog in the Deep Brook Reservation in North Chelmsford. We were the only car in the lot at that time but when we came back a 1970 Cutlass Supreme was sitting there too. Wondering if this is a member’s car?

Wow, I'm surprised someone is driving it in the winter, like we used to do when these were our only cars.

Funny you should say that. A couple weeks ago the brother was cleaning out a storage shed at the mothers house. He pulled out a couple snow tires and rims. He reckons they were for my 67 442 that I had in 1970. You did drive them everyday, you had to.

Don't know how much salt they put on the roads in Massachusetts, but here in Michigan you would be a fool to drive it in the winter.

Ima gonna guess it's miles71. IIRC that looks like the 70 he had for sale.

to answer Gregs question re: salt a lot. The town next to me stopped using sand and salt and now only uses salt and they don't skimp at all.

And to think that the majority here cry about part numbers and originality. Finally someone that actually drives it in winter- with actual snow on the ground

Good Guess Retro. Officially its still for sale, but i get to keep driving it until someone buys it. I take my dog Ruby out every weekend for a hike in the parks around town. My dog likes this car the best, because it has a bench seat and she can snuggle up next to me.
If you look close, you can see her tiny foot prints.
