Good news is that important parts - like the red inner fenders - look like they were born on the car. Bad news is that the original engine is gone. If the OW trans is original and numbers matching, that's the best you can do.
I looked at this car about a year ago when it was covered in dirt and junk in the corvair barn. I believe the original trans was gone. Currently looks like a different car after being cleaned up. I would bet the clean-up included looking for a broadcast card, but no way of knowing for sure. Also, the long time owner/seller at the time claimed no paperwork existed for the car, which could have been bought for $6,000 - $7,000.

I know this car
Car does not have build sheet or broadcast card or protecto plate. Care does not have matching engine and the OW trans if it had one is gone. Engine in car is from 72 455 car. Does not have any w30 parts on the car (alternator, carb, distributor). Buyer is hoping to get over $10,000 for the car
Doering - are you saying you checked for the paperwork or the current seller has checked and not found anything?
The reason I ask is there is no statement to that effect in the ad description from what I read (maybe I missed it).
