Vroom Room kit

Does anybody have one of these kits or have info on the contents. The reason I ask I have a bright pink and florescent orange flag I think is part of it.

There's a guy in Chicago that has a kit, but I don't know his name. All I know is he's likely a high-end collector. Was told this by a high-end Mopar collector who wouldn't give me his name.
