Visiting CO too much

OK,
So lately I've been on CO a bit much, even sneaking into the site at work! I just moved to a new city and I won't be able to tinker with my Olds for a while until things are settled. I like visiting this site and reading the major build threads and dreaming of what I can do to my car when I am finally able to.

Some of you guys are doing great things to your cars, even making them like brand new again and my hat's off to you. I can understand, since I've already thought about it and I would rather have a restored classic Olds than a new car. The new cars just don't have enough appeal to me.

OK, back to work now.

-Rich

I agree fully about having a restored classic than a new car. I hope you get settled in soon so you can tinker on your Oldsmobile

I am in the same boat you are, Rich. When I joined this site 3 years ago, I had intentions on getting the answer to one particular question and not returning, as forums just aren't my thing.

Over 6000 posts later, i am still here. The wonderful group of people - their friendliness and good attitudes kept me here. Oh, the love of Olds helped too!
This is the only forum I spend much time in - kinda like being at home...

I'm with you Rob. I came here with a few questions, I am not really a forum kind of guy, but also just love it here. Everybody is so nice and helpful I just can't stay away.

I'm in a whole different part of the world than my car and I REALLY miss it. I still come on here to get a fix.

Yeah, i like how there's a mix of tech info, humor, and general chat... even some non-Olds topics. Pretty relaxed, but also very helpful when you need it.

Lots of friendly people.
