Vent cable install

How easy/difficult is it to replace the broken kick panel vent cables? https://www.opgi.com/cutlass/

usually nothing to it on a gm. pull the kick panel, remove small clip behind panel that's holding the **** then unhook cable from vent and pull cable from the hole. install is reverse

Any trick to removing the panel? Or does it just snap off fairly easily?
