Ultimate misdescription.

Want a laugh?, Go to "oldsmobile" in ebay uk cars motorcycles and vehicles and look up the 1990 Oldsmobile Custom cruiser with a difference.
See if you can spot how many ways the description is wrong, I used to own this vehicle and it pains me to see it end up like this.
If someone can put up a link for me I would be grateful, on a scale of one to a hundred my computer skills start with a decimal point!

Roger.

It started life as a Cutlass Cruiser, not a Custom Cruiser.

Points for Copper128!.
And thank you for putting up the link.
Two more glaring errors in the description for anyone who knows their way round a Gbody.

Let's see who gets them.

It strikes me as a masterclass in how not to customise a car.

G body rear wheel drive ended in 1988 and estate was a Buick wagon.

"Estate" means "station wagon" in the UK.

Sort of like "caravan" means "house trailer," and, in a different context, "estate" means "housing development" or "subdivision."

The last RWD Cutlass wagon was made in the 1983 model year. Starting with the 1984 model year, the Cutlass Cruiser name was used on the FWD Cutlass Ciera wagons. This makes me wonder if the car has a VIN from a 1990 Custom Cruiser???

I used to own the car, when it was mine it was an '83 Cutlass Cruiser Wagon, (Eric pointed out our different term for wagons, sedans are saloons in Britspeak btw) and it left the factory with a lockup converter.

What you can't see is the exhaust, it had different manifolds left and right -not mirror images but designed for a crossover pipe, but he just made up separate pipes for each side, I think that might unbalance the engine to a degree.
It was a reasonably straight car when I had it, but had a few dents and damaged trim, I think almost everything he did to it made it worse, but it's his car and he can do what he likes with it I suppose.
I spoke to the owner today, he told me he had an offer of £1500 (about $2250) for it, he wants £3000 but I doubt he'll get a better offer. How much would a car like this fetch over there?.
