Trans leak
#2
This was discussed about a month ago. They are designed to r&r from the outside
of the trans. It can be a pain to get out though. Like a tiny rear trans seal without a lip.
I have removed them using a sharp icepick to make a small hole and using another pick that
has a hook on the end to pop it out. Take care not to gouge the shaft or bore hole if possible.

I am waiting for a special removal/installation tool for this same issue. Ordered one from my local Napa Auto. Supposed to make this job easy...
