Did GM disco all the trans filters? Last I checked, they still had the filters avail, I bought a stack of the GM 350 filters thinking one day they will be gone.

If you're talking about filters for TH350s, there's about a 20 year interval between the last TH350 and the last Slim Jim.

Yes I realize that, what I’m saying is did you hit the dealer and look on the locator? A filter can’t be that hard to find

Just for S & G, I Googled" Slim Jim Hydramatic filter". Didn't get any dealer results, but the first thing that did come up was "1961-4 Roto Hydramatic-10 filter and gasket kit" on E-bay.

OP: Worth a try?

If you have a vintage car, you gotta hoard, I stocked up on oil, gas, canister, crankcase filters, PCs valves, spark plugs, trans filters, couple sets of plug wires. GM is disco’ing everything.
another place to check is your local trans shop. They gotta have some.
