There still out there guys

Just wanted to share a recent find in the hills of Tennessee. Old guy is a hoarder but I'm working on him patiently and with kid gloves. Has a hillside covered in old iron and muscle

Photos are named 65 442. By looking at it it appears to be a 64 Cutlass. The auto linkage is visible under the hood, so that is strike one on not being a 442. The air cleaner missing doesn't help either. Alternator is on wrong side, and the appearance of the later model oil fill tube could mean the engine may not be original.

Took these quickly before the guy walked up. We talked awhile but he wasn't too keen on me being there to begin with so I didn't get to do much close inspection work. Said it wasn't for sale of course but he did take my info and agreed to contact me if he decided to sell. Didn't want to make him mad so I thanked him for his time and left. It's funny, the thing that caught my eye was the set of old A/R Torque Thrust wheels ! Only after I got closer did I see the badging
