Hello can anyone tell me what size sway bar bushing i need to get for my 70 442? They make several sizes and I believe I have the heavy duty.

measure the bar with your Accurate Measuring Device

if you do not have one of these now is the time to get one.

Your car should have a 31/32" front bar, however you can measure it accurately even without Chris's Accurate Measuring Device. Simply run an adjustable wrench down onto the bar and measure the distance across the jaws. Be sure to clean off rust and undercoating first for an accurate measurement.
