First you will need the horn contact, then the button that snaps into it.

check with Bair Corvette there up there somewhere near you, great to deal with! I just did business with them, and am more than pleased.

Should I order the Contact that is made for the 74 Vette? And Kevin, do you know if that button will fit or just a generic suggestion? Thanks for all the help guys!

Yes the horn contacts are the same for alot of years and cars, again call Bair Corvette. The contact has a leg that presses the contact in your column, Im not sure if its clocked the same as a vette. Fusicks or other Oldsmobile specific dealers may be the best bet.
That horn button he is showing you should fit the contacts with no problem.

Just checked my Fusicks catalog part number HC677 $23.50, if you need a new horn contact plunger and spring it RWHC702 $5.00, a new center cap is RWC702 $74.50.
They have 2 numbers 1-860-623-4589, and 1-860-623-1583

The plunger/contact kit and the circular contact spring are the same for all GM steering wheels that use this spoke design. That includes the 68 Olds woodgrain wheel, the 1970-up four spoke wheels, and the three spoke woodgrain and colored wheels used by Chevy and Buick. The Olds and Buick horn buttons are the same except for the plastic emblem in the center. This can be swapped out with some careful prying.

And when you install the contact kit, be sure to put the spring in the hole first, then the eyelet, then the plastic ring to hold it in place.
